British Grand Prix 2008
Evolution has been commissioned by our client to project manage their Hospitality Suite at the British Grand Prix.
Design
The original suite was designed and constructed in 2003.The design elements within the suite are annually reviewed and updated incorporating the brand guidelines of both client and race team.

Manufacture
- A new show car display stand was used for the Silverstone event
- A new distribution point for personal video equipment including barcoded security scanning was implemented
- A new presentation stage was made
Re-furbishment of exisiting equipment
In order to maximise budget we are instructed to use as much of the exisiting equipment as possible, however all kit is thoroughly checked, cleaned and maintained to the highest standard and we re-furbish where necessary.
Supply of backlit graphics
The unique element of the client's suite is the spectacular backlight graphics. We have been supplying these graphics for five years and each year as technology improves we are able to enhance the display and the colours continue to become more vibrant.
Installation and de-rig
We are commissioned to build and de-rig the suite, and at all stages our Account Director is required to sign off the quality and standard of work on behalf of the client.
Management of Event Contractor
We manage all contact between contractors on site including services (power, air-con etc), florists, circuit tv feed, marquee construction and caterers on our client’s behalf.
Transport
We organise all transport, access passes, security, health and safety requirements and necessary permissions to ensure a smooth and secure delivery of all equipment and collateral to the venue.
Storage of equipment post event
All equipment used is stored and maintained at our secure facility in Oxfordshire.
Suite Plans
We draw up suite plans to calculate the most economical purchase of space and provide contractors with the exact positioning of graphic displays, power, air-conditioning, fire exits, dining tables etc. These floor plans provide the basis for the guest seating plan.

Merchandise Management
Merchandise is collected from the supplier and delivered into the suite overnight for distribution to guests the following day.
Event Support
We provide a Suite Manager for the weekend who is on hand to deal with any additional requirements or challenges both quickly and discreetly thus ensuring our client can focus on delivering the best possible guest experience.
